Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a Dutch-born American actor and singer. She's well-known for her theater performances, and her role as Chelsea Daniels is on Disney Channel's That's So Raven. Musically, van der Pol worked with Raven Symone as well as Orlando Brown to record the That's So Raven theme for the soundtrack for the Disney Channel Original series. The singer also composed Over It for the soundtrack of the Disney Channel Original Movie Stuck in the Suburbs. Van der Pol sang with the Disney Channel Circle of Stars on pop/R&B versions of The"Lion King"'s Circle of Life (from The Lion King) and Cinderella A Dream Is a Wish That Your Heart makes ("A Dream Is a Wish made by your heart") for special releases of both movies. The year 2006 saw Van Poli recorded her own version of the Disney Song Candle on the Water by Pete's Dragon as part of Disneymania. The song A Change in Me the famous song from Belle van der Pol's Broadway musical soundtrack was recorded by her due to the role she played as Belle van der Pol.
