Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a native of Holland and an American musician and actress. She is best known for her work in theatre and for her role as Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel and Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol is a Dutch base American actress (Female) and singer best recognized for her frequent appearances on the television show That's So Raven. She appeared in fourteen projects, including TV episodes and short clips. Her biggest credit is Shalom Sesame Divorce. She has appeared in more than 15 TV programs. The Musical and That's so Raven. In 2003 van der Pol landed one among her earliest TV appearances as the charming Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel Original Series That's So Raven, starring alongside Raven-Symone Orlando Brown as well as Kyle Massey. In 2006 she recorded an original cover of the classic Disney track Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon for an edition of Disneymania. Because of her broadway performance as Belle van der Pol recorded many songs that were featured in the soundtrack of the production, which included the iconic A Change in Me.
